Proprius Control is a web-based application that allows you, the property manager, to view a dashboard report of your property real-time status. The information, recorded by inspectors, housekeeping, maintenance or security people in your organization, is immediately transferred to a central database.


The information is displayed in an intuitive dashboard using traffic light concept, where areas with serious deficiencies are marked in red, minor defects are marked in yellow and all the areas that were found proper are marked in green.


You are able to click on the hyperlinked problematic areas, zoom-in on the specific space and identify the specific difficulty in no-time.
